Excellent base for 4 nights with welcoming staff on shift. Bread, cereals, eggs, potato, and hot waffles in the morning. Heated swimming pool and marvellous location not far from a nice quiet neighbourhood close to restaurants, stores, the mall and the gym and several restaurants near by. The hotel of choice in Victor.

Nice hotel in a fairly nice area very close to a nice quiet neighbourhood close to restaurants, stores, the mall and the gym, and the Rochester airport. Very-very nice staff on shift. Plenty of food at breakfast like bread, cereals, eggs, potato, and hot waffles.

The rooms were a nice size and well-maintained and with kitchen.

It has unbeatable, favourable setting, just off everything, shops, restaurants and the beautiful Finger Lakes, food outlets and restaurants, and the mall. Great breakfast with waffles and baked goods, for example, the staff is professional.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was comfortable and ideal, so close to everything, shops, restaurants and the beautiful Finger Lakes and a huge and very nice shopping mall and several restaurants near by, in a peaceful area. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and professional. The room I booked was neat and huge with the free breakfast as well as an oven as expected.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a fantastic time! The 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our family, giving everyone their own space. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed relaxing in the evenings. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. The air conditioner in the bedroom was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Good location; courteous staff.

The room was extremely uncomfortable due the unbelievably poor heating system. It is designed to blow air until the desired temperature is reached at which point it blows ice-cold air so as not to exceed the set temp-rather than just stopping the fan. It was freezing when the cold air was blowing. It was also very noisy-sounded like a jet engine- absolutely horrible. Also killed many bugs in the room and when we told the front desk we were told those bugs are "just everywhere" in this area and were not concerned at all. We were completely grossed out. Outside is one thing; but in your room is quite another. The breakfast was horrible. Not a fruit to be found except for a black banana and a soft apple-really not worth even 1 penny. All in all: we would definitely NOTstay there again. In fact we're expecting a credit from Booked.net for our first horrible night. We've been to many hotels and this hotel definitely ranks in the bottom. We will not stay there again.

Hotel is new and clean - well maintained and very comfortable.

Only complaint is that the hotel is one or two turns off the main street where all the other hotels - so a in a way a good thing...just made it bit more difficult to track down at night...perhaps some kind of reference on their booking info.

The front desk was wonderful, with friendly and helpful staff. The property was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The location was great, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Nothing for me.

Enjoyed spacious suite with good hot breakfast, felt like we were home. Location: the hotel was near to new shopping centers, upscale restaurants, fast-food joints, and membership club stores, and a huge and very nice shopping mall and other shopping. Also, Valentown Museum was 2 miles away.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating for any personal requests. The breakfast and hor's dovres were just right for an afternoon snack. I found the rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable in every way. Hated to leave!
